Troubleshooting

Can't find the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi of the dongle?

• Test with another iPhone. If the issue persists, try resetting the network and Bluetooth settings on the original iPhone and restart the device. If the problem continues, consider replacing the product.

Car screen freezes or cannot pair successfully?

• Provide your car model, and we will send you a firmware update for troubleshooting.

Persistent disconnection issues?

• The adapter requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. To improve connectivity, ignore other Wi-Fi networks and consider resetting your mobile WLAN network. Updating the dongle’s firmware might also help.

Can the adapter connect to multiple phones?

• The dongle can pair with multiple iPhones, but only one device can connect at a time. By default, it will auto-connect to the last used iPhone via Bluetooth.

Automatic reconnection problems?

• In some vehicles, you need to select "automatic connection" in the CarPlay settings to enable the dongle's auto-connect feature.
